This video includes all of the exercises you will do for the first 3-weeks of the program.
Following the rule of safety first, this workout begins at a very basic level and should pose no more than a moderate challenge during the first 3 weeks. This lets your body adjust gradually to the new stresses placed upon your muscles, joints, and connective tissues and will help to avoid injury and reduce post workout soreness.
Keep in mind that for anyone just starting out, even a moderately challenging routine performed regularly for 3-weeks will be enough to bring about noticeable changes in how you feel. Just as importantly, you will have made exercise a part of your weekly routine and laid the foundation for building a healthier, happier lifestyle on the road.
